Virgin Casino was established by the well known entrepreneur Richard Branson and the Virgin brand. In early 2013 the site was sold to online gambling operator Gamesys, remaining connected to the Virgin Empire in name only.
Although Richard Branson no longer has control of Virgin Games, there are still some tongue in cheek clips on the newly designed site, such as a galactic air hostess character offering a tray of casino chips upon "landing" on the site! Many of the games such as Cats, Siberian Storm and Wolf Run will be instantly recognizable to land based casino visitors.
